POTS

With POTS, what you drink and when can change your whole day.

Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome makes standing up hard on the body. Many POTS care plans ask people to drink more through the day, add salt or electrolytes, and notice what sets symptoms off, like heat, standing for a long time, a big meal or poor sleep. Keeping that record on a dizzy, foggy day is exactly when it is hardest.

01

Logging drinks all day is tedious.

How Soli helps

Your usual bottle or mix is one tap. Or type it the way you would say it, like "a blender bottle" or "24 oz water", and Save. Recent drinks come back as one tap.

02

Electrolyte products are easy to lose track of.

How Soli helps

Save a drink mix from its label once, and it is one tap after that. Soli keeps what the label says with the drink and never suggests how much to have.

03

Triggers are hard to spot later.

How Soli helps

Add a symptom with where you were (lying, sitting, standing) and what was around it, like heat, a meal, your period, travel or short sleep, so patterns are there to look at with your team.

04

Bad days make everything feel like too much.

How Soli helps

Down day shrinks the log page to the basics for the rest of the day: usual drinks, how you feel, your plan and help.

05

Advice about fluids and salt can feel confusing.

How Soli helps

If your care team sets a plan, Soli shows it as "Noted by your care team". Soli itself never sets fluid or salt amounts.

Fluid, salt and medicine plans belong to your clinician. Chest pain, fainting or new symptoms open your safety route, never a routine chip.

HOW IT WORKS

Three small steps, all optional.

01

Log a drink

Tap a usual drink or type what you had.

02

Add a symptom or context

Only when it helps you remember.

03

Review by day

Your notes are yours.

You choose who sees it

Nothing goes to a care team unless you connect to a participating program. Once you connect, they can see what you log in the app, and you can stop sharing at any time.

Your photos live on your phone

Meal photos are kept on your device. If you use food naming, a copy is sent to our AI provider to name the food, and we don't keep it. You can delete your account and data at any time.

No ads, no selling data

We do not sell your data or show ads. Read exactly what we collect in our policies.

FAQ

Good questions.

Does Soli set fluid or salt targets?

No. Soli does not set fluid or sodium targets, diagnose POTS, predict fainting, or monitor heart rate. Any plan values come from your care program.

Does my care team see everything?

Only once you connect to a participating program. After that they can see what you log in the app, and you can stop sharing at any time. Nothing is watched in real time.

Is this an emergency service?

No. The app does not monitor your notes in real time. If you need urgent help, call 911 or your local emergency number.

What does it cost?

The app is free to download. Some optional extras may be offered in the app later, and they are always described before you pay.
