SOLI · THE SHORT VERSION

Soli in plain words

Last updated October 20, 2026

This is the short, easy version of Soli's Terms and Privacy Policy. The full versions are the ones that count.

Not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911. In a crisis, call or text 988.

What Soli is

Soli is a notebook for drinks, electrolytes, POTS symptoms and what was going on around them.

It is not a doctor. It does not set how much to drink or how much salt to have, and it does not check your heart rate. Any plan in the app comes from your care team.

Not for emergencies

Nobody watches Soli in real time, not even your care team. What you note may not be seen quickly, or at all.

In a medical emergency, call 911. If you are thinking about suicide or feel in crisis, call or text 988, any time.

What stays on your phone

These stay on your phone and are not sent to us: your AI chat history (you can clear it any time) and your date of birth and your answer to the Terms.

What we keep for you

When you are signed in, your notes are copied to our servers, so they are backed up and can reach a care team if you connect one.

We never sell your information, we show no ads, there are no ad or tracking tools in the app, and we never use what you note to train AI.

Who can see your notes

You can.

Your care team can, but only after you connect to their program with a code or invite and sign an agreement to share. You can end that in the app at any time, and their access stops.

AI in Soli

Soli has an AI chat. It is a computer program, not a person and not your care team, and the app says so every time. It is for adults only: anyone under 18 does not see it.

The chat can be wrong, so do not use it for health decisions. It will not give doses, read your numbers or diagnose anything. Those questions get saved for your care team instead.

What you type goes through our server to OpenAI to write a reply. Our server does not store the conversation, and it is never used to train AI.

If the chat picks up signs that you may be in crisis, it stops and shows you who to call. If you have connected a care team, they get a private alert. How chat safety works.

Your age

You need to be 13 or older. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or legal guardian agrees to the Terms for you, and you say you want to use the app too. AI chat is for adults only.

A parent or guardian can email us to see what we have about their teen, take back their OK, or ask us to delete it.

Free, with an optional extra

Soli is free. Noting, asking for help, your care team, your history and export never cost anything. An optional Pro subscription adds extras, like more looks for your companion. Apple or Google handles the payment, and you cancel in your phone's subscription settings.

Leaving

You can delete your account any time. It closes right away, a connected care team loses access, and your information on our servers is erased within 30 days. We keep a few records the law asks for, like the sharing agreements you signed, for about six years, under an internal number instead of your name. How to delete your account.

Soli does not set fluid or sodium targets, diagnose POTS, predict fainting, or monitor heart rate. Any plan values shown in the app come from your care program. Follow the instructions from your clinician. Soli is not an emergency service and does not monitor your notes in real time.
